Your Story Deserves to be Told

Everybody has a Lifesong to celebrate.

At Lifesong, we believe every life tells a story worth preserving. Our My Legacy projects are one way we help patients reflect on what made their lives meaningful—memories, passions, adventures and accomplishments—while creating something lasting for their loved ones.

Whether it’s a quiet afternoon spent recording favorite memories or a handmade scrapbook filled with cherished photographs, each My Legacy project is as unique as the person it honors. We begin by getting to know the individuals: who and what they’ve loved, where they’ve traveled, the careers they’ve pursued, the hobbies that brought them joy. From these stories, a beautiful, lasting tribute is created.
