Lifesong Hospice is a subsidiary of Country Meadows and Provident Place Retirement Communities.  Lifesong is now hiring a full time (32-40hrs/week) Nurse Practitioner NP to join our family-owned organization and help us build and launch our brand new Palliative Care Program in Central PA.
