Now hiring a Part-Time Hospice Music Therapist to join Lifesong Hospice, a subsidiary of Country Meadows Retirement Communities.  If hired, you will be joining a unique and innovative company, not something you typically hear when talking about Hospice.  This position supports our hospice’s commitment to quality of care and quality of life. Must be able to travel to our Lehigh Valley service area of Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and Wyomissing/Reading. Part-Time to Full-Time position.

Salary starts at $95,000+ based on experience, with a quality-driven bonus structure At Country Meadows, nursing leadership is about more than overseeing care—it’s about creating an environment where residents feel known, supported, and at home, and where teams feel guided, valued, and set up for success. We are seeking a Director of Nursing who brings strong clinical judgment, steady leadership, and a genuine commitment to both resident well-being and team development. In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated nursing team, partner with campus leadership, and help ensure consistent, compassionate care in a setting where relationships matter and leadership is present. Full-time 8am-4:30pm. Includes every 4th weekend, two 11am–7pm shifts per month, and manager holiday rotation
